三重県鈴鹿市の清水清三郎商店が醸す「作雅乃智中取り」は、山田錦を50％まで磨いて仕込んだ純米大吟醸です。

お酒を搾る際、最初に出てくる「荒走り」と最後の「責め」を除き、香りと味わいのバランスに優れた中央部分の「中取り」だけを贅沢に瓶詰めしています。

グラスに注ぐと、果実を思わせる芳醇で華やかな香りがふわりと広がります。口当たりは繊細でなめらか。上品な旨みと心地よい酸味が調和し、透明感のあるエレガントな余韻をお楽しみいただけます。

よく冷やし、薄口のワイングラスや脚付きグラスに注ぐと、華やかな香りをより一層感じていただけます。
